mamarella, Fairly straightforward case, heavily overcharging me as a client; such as "11 dollars for downloading a file" or "3 hours full fees for being on hold with local DMV", then bragged that "his connections" made the case move faster than it would have otherwise, essentially priding himself for navigating a banana republic environment, which is largely caused by our judiciary in the first place; some people have no decency nor shame; some may argue that this is not unusual amongst lawyers and this is speaks for itself;

We spoke with Dan. He's VERY down to earth, he tells it like it is. He ACTUALLY listens to you!!👍👍👍 The receptionist was very welcoming. They make you feel VERY comfortable there! I would DEFINITELY recommend using their services!!

Great experience with the Roseburg Perry & Associates. My partner was facing a serious charge in NJ Superior Court, we were referred to the firm, and could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend Mr Rosenberg and Mr Rivas. Mr Rivas is currently handling my case and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He always calls me back as soon as he gets a chance. He answers all my questions. He is super polite. I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made of choosing them. The staff are very nice and friendly they also reply back to you within 30 minutes to an hour. Kerry is really nice. I give them a 10

Unless you have tons of money I do not recommend this firm. I found them during a Google search and figured I'd give them a try. They told me everything I wanted to hear at first bur when they realized I was going to have to make payments everything changed. During my initial Zoom meeting alone Nathan interrupted our meeting to take a personal cell phone call 3 different times. I started to feel concerned about where my money was going because I made a 4,350 payment on Monday and by the following Monday the money still had not been taken from my account. When I called to express concerns to Sam Jones he told me "whoa you still owe us another 400 dollars it's not our fault you have warrants." I just wanted someone to listen to me. I found this firm very unprofessional and if you want to use them I'd say have your checkbook ready otherwise you will get what you pay for.

I contacted this firm to see if they did power of attorney. Just received an email back yesterday stating that they do not ,but could direct me to an associate. My mother has been deceased for a year. Thanks for the prompt response. Update I was contacted by the firm and the company that handles their emails. Sure enough, the emails were going to my spam folder. Also after speaking to a few people who have used this law firm and them raving about the services they received, I couldn't understand why they didn't even reach out to me. They did and I never thought to check the spam folder. So I definitely have to change my rating. Apologies for the mixup.

So long story short , I had some 8 yr old legal charges that were beyond unjust . Dan and his team were the MOST upfront professional team Of what I would consider HIGH POWERED defense attorneys in this country !!!! All charges dismissed and back to a normal life after 8 yrs. 4 days work and Dan and his team fixed everything !!!!! He is fair priced honest and I felt like he had my BEST interest at heart from call number 1 …. I would HIGHLY recommend Dan and his associates to anyone in need of a serious high powered law firm … Thanks to Dan and his team I can continue to live my life free of false prosecution !!!! This firm is the real deal folks !!!! No need to search for another lawyer ever !!!! With the most gratitude ever , Mike S

Not even sure where to begin. Beyond helpful from intake to court and every single step in between. They communicate and they care. If you are in a legal bind and need THE BEST this is the place. Over priced, I feel they tried to scare me into purchasing their services for $9,000 in hopes of getting into a program, I got into that same program with someone else for 2,500
