Highly recommended - Helpful without trying to pad their bottom line! I had an issue and submitted a request. They called the next day. I was eventually connected to an attorney who gave me some (free!) advice on how to proceed and told me to contact her if I still needed help. Her advice helped and got me to resolve the issue. It's nice to see a law firm that wants to help people and not just make money.
