I can’t recommend Rosenberg Perry and Associates enough. I recently was served a summons for a court date for a moving violation. I’m inexperienced with court proceedings and was a little nervous to go by my self (via Zoom). I reached out to RPA, and Renée Moyer, one of the Paralegals took my information and one of their lawyers called me back. My lawyer, Nathan Mammar, called me back and after reviewing the facts from my perspective, he clearly explained and laid out the possible outcomes and consequences of different scenarios and approaches. Long story short, he worked with the prosecutor’s office to reduce my ticket to a non-moving, non-point violation. Although I don’t expect this to be a real likelihood, my ticket won’t count against me and risk loss of my license (they had explained to me that three violations in my lifetime could result in loss of my drivers license). I am very satisfied with the help, support and advocacy from the ROSENBERG | PERRY & ASSOCIATES, LLC team throughout this process.

This firm comes highly recommended. Great people all of whom are amazing at what they do. Its strange because at times i felt as tho they were family. What me and my family were facing had impossible odds, a seemingly doomed outcome! Without going into detail the implications were HEAVY!
