From Day 1 of meeting Rob Perry, we knew we had made the right choice with entrusting our case with him and the firm of Rosenberg, Perry! As an attorney myself, I can wholeheartedly say that you will not find better criminal attorneys. Rob took a tremendous amount of time to explain the law, our rights, and what we could and should expect. It was honest and not sugar coated. Rob has gone above and beyond for our family on multiple occasions and was available more or less at all hours of the day to answer our questions. We received personalized attention and he helped to put us at ease. He and his partners truly understood our situation from the start, knew exactly what we needed, and empathized with us. As former prosecutors, they are very knowledgeable about all aspects of criminal law. Our outcome was tremendous, better than we even expected, and we can't thank them enough. If you find yourself in a predicament, do yourself a favor and hire them!

My husband was facing a felony charge with possible years of imprisonment. I contacted the law firm RosenbergPerry & Associates and Mr. Robert Perry was my husband’s attorney. I had the misfortune of being involved in a case that resulted in a charge of 2nd degree aggravated sexual assault. I was facing the potential of 20 years in state prison. The circumstances that led to the charge were absolutely false, and Mr. Perry and his team saw that the moment I stepped foot in their offices. The team was courteous; communicative; direct; and zealous in my defense. Frankly, Mr. Perry felt like an older brother who’s been down this road several times, and loved NOTHING more than to give his advice on what steps to take and which ones not to. I was very hesitant upon speaking with Mr. Perry. It had nothing to do with him, but I was dealing with extremely difficult legal matters and my way of life and freedom were in jeopardy. This fear and stress were all eased when Mr. Perry explained his plan to tackle my legal issues. Mr Perry was worth every red cent! Let me start by saying that if you are here and reading these reviews, you are doing your due diligence and I am here to share my experience. Rob represented me in a very unusual case where my spouse initiated criminal complaints in the Internationally thereby attempting to take leverage during a divorce. My spouse obtained a restraining order on me in NJ and then there were earth-shattering allegations on me and my family by misusing one of the most draconian laws as weapons (Google “Section 498A” if you are interested). With nothing but lies, allegations and endless money, my spouse had some of the highly paid attorneys on her side to litigate. Rob believed in me and represented me. He went above and beyond to expose my spouse’s litigation tactics to the Judge. He was reachable when I needed him as things in my case were evolving rapidly. He was always on time for all hearings. He even talked to my attorneys overseas to understand how my spouse was carefully laying a trap for a favorable matrimonial settlement by pursuing criminal actions to jeopardize my immigration status. I admire Rob as a person and have nothing with respect and regards for him. He is meticulous about his work and a truly honest and genuine person. He can handle some of the most ridiculous bullies in court with a smile. Let me assure you that you will be in good hands.

Mr. Perry did a great job. They put in the work to get footage which helped my case. Thanks to them I was able to quickly put it behind me.

Recently i needed the help of legal council. Robert was fantastic! He provided superior guidance, not over acting on the situation. I rarely leave reviews, and I never in my wildest dreams thought I would leave one for a lawyer. Yet here I am, astounded at the service that I received from two lawyers. I originally met with Robert Perry over a temporary restraining order that was served on me by my father. My father is in the early to mid stages of dementia; my 2 siblings and I went to check on him after being cut off from all communications. His ex-wife, not our mother, swooped in to help him when he started showing signs of confusion. My brother and I have been helping him for the last few months and have set up full time home care so he was safe. The ex- wife found this a great opportunity to grab his assets. To make a long story short, her behavior was so egregious that a bank attendant notified Adult Protective Services of her predatory behavior. After our welfare check, we were served a temporarily restrained order orchestrated by the ex-wife. Mr. Perry assured us this was the most ridiculous restraining order that he has seen in his career and not to worry. Nonetheless, he took a detailed history of the past ten years, left no stone unturned and prepared for what I thought would be a total BS case. Unfortunately, Mr. Perry was called away for a family emergency and wanted his partner, Mr. Rosenberg, to defend us rather than postpone the hearing. Mr. Perry, Mr. Rosenberg and I met on a Sunday for three hours to bring our new lawyer up to speed on all the minute details. By the way, we were not charged for these billable hours, nor for Mr. Rosenberg’s court time. Surprisingly, the court hearing lasted 6 hours because my fathers’ lawyer was a long-winded pompous lawyer. Because of our earlier prep work and Mr. Rosenberg’s calm cool demeanor, it was a no contest. We won hands down and the restraining order was dismissed. Sorry, expounded a little but I had to, so you know how unbelievable this law firm is. These lawyers are not typical in my experience. They are not lawyers; they are caring professionals that practice law. That is the highest compliment I can bestow upon them. They are a testament to their profession; our world would be a very different place if all lawyers tried to emulate them.
