Mr. Perry was truly phenomenal. When my special needs daughter had an incident at school that required a court appearance, he took the time to make sure she absolutely understand what was going to happen and worked hard to ally her every fear. This could have been a traumatizing experience for her but his confidence and level of professionalism, not to mention his kindness and pursuit of the best possible outcome, made it so my daughter has no lasting worry or fear of a permanent record. I talked to Mr. Perry a few times on the phone before he represented me in court. Talking to Rob was like shooting the breeze with a buddy, but when it came down to business, he was all business because he knew his stuff in the courtroom. He prepared me for the serious charges I was facing. During court, he was attentive to my questions and concerns and focused on getting me the best deal possible. Being a former prosecutor, he's very familiar with both sides of the law. He knew just how far he could push the prosecution to get me the awesome deal that I received in the end. After my appearance in front of the judge, his contract with me was basically finished. But he took the time and walked me out to the "pay fines here" window and asked if I had anymore questions or concerns. Although the stupid act that I did to get myself in this situation will never happen again, I definitely would have Rob representing me if I were to receive another ticket.
