I was lucky enough to see him in landlord/tenant court after a consult with him. I witnessed a very cold, belittling man. His lack of empathy and his snarky remarks toward a single mother who was trying to ask a question was awful. He would not let her speak and when she asked for clarification of monies due he laughed at her and stated "If you can even get that paid in time we can discuss the adjustment." CHARACTER IS EVERYTHING! To laugh in court at someones struggle is as low as it gets. You literally had to see it to believe it! Sinful!

Mr. Richards was easy to speak with, understood our concerns about our lease and addressed them clearly and intelligibly. We are moving from NY to NJ and the tenant laws are different. We feel good about making the decision to use his services as he answered all of our questions, also pointed out inconsistensies and legalese in the lease that we need to address and modify prior to signing. We would highly recommend him.

Travis reviewed my lease, and mitigated any doubts as to the rights of the landlord to enter our rental unit. Additionally he pointed out some key issues with lease, which can have some impact to us the landlord when it comes to mitigate losses. He was absolutely courteous and clearly helped me understood the situation I am currently facing. Thank you so much.

I hired Mr. Richards to defend me against a tenant who sued me for not giving back her security deposit. We had a two day trial and not only did I get to keep the security deposit, she had to pay me $5,000.00. Mr. Richards did a great job.
