Kourtney and her team did an outstanding job with our case! Despite delays due to Covid, she kept pushing to keep our case moving along in the courts and ended up getting us everything we asked for regarding custody. She kept us informed and calmed our anxiety during this stressful episode. Thank you!

DO NOT hire Kourtney Borcher terrible counselor. There are so many complaints it would take up so much space to list. Over charges fees. DO NOT HIRE KOURTNEY BORCHER she is unprofessional.

I hope I never have to go through the pain of a divorce again. However, if I did, I would never select Weinberger law firm even if the retainer was free. My initial meeting with Kourtney I thought I made the right decision with selecting my attorney. She had crystals placed on her desk which I recently got into since separating from my husband. Once the legal process started, I began to experiment the lack of urgency and slowness to respond from Kourtney. I would make it very clear in my emails when I needed a response. I understood I was not Kourtney’s only client. Once my ex-husband responded to the divorce petition it was discovered his attorney and Kourtney worked together. The way these two women went back and forth with each other were unprofessional and quite embarrassing. I had to tell Kourtney to please not copy me on these emails as it is not good for my mental health. I had only been married for 3.5 years which the divorce took a little over a year. I was so happy to not only put an end to this divorce from my ex but to also be done with my attorney. The divorce hearing came up rather fast which I thought. Unbeknownst to me, Kourtney and her paralegal had been in discussions with potential dates with opposing counsel. However, they failed to let me know. I am so glad to have this chapter behind me and not have to deal with this law firm and my ex!

Natalie Wentz has helped me battle a Narcissist Ex since 2012 and I ONLY trust her. Natalie is a well known honest and respected attorney and always has her clients best interests. I believed in her and trusted her methods and in the end she was always right.

Theresa was my attorney. During my process she wasnt just a lawyer she was a friend. She cared about my family "my boys" just as much as I did. When I felt down like I didn't have a chance she was reassuring, confident and empathetic. Hopefully I never have to go through this process again, but if I did I would never in a million years use a different attorney. She won my case and my heart.

I called on 10/16/20 and made an appointment for a consultation for a family law matter. When I researched them I found them to be what I thought I was looking for. I was very wrong. I made the appointment for 10/22 @ 4pm. I received multiple reminder emails about the appointment. I left early from work on the day of the appointment so I could make sure I was home and could give them my full attention. I had notes and questions so I could be efficient with there time as I knew this was a free consultation. Needless to say 4pm came and went without a phone call or any type of communication whatsoever. I decided to call there office and see if the lawyer I was told would be calling was available. The receptionist was short and and not helpful. I told her why I was calling and she just said I will connect you with her voicemail. I left a message and still never received a call or any type of reason why I was completely ignored. I am now left with scrambling to try and schedule with another firm and try to get the help I need. I guess there to busy to keep there appointments or at least reschedule them. Very unprofessional.

Kourtney was not professional and misled me intentionally during a mediation session the one thing she knew going in there she and Michael Fioretti hid from me, if I would have know it I would have walked out only to find out six months later. She and Michal completely misrepresented the information to me to please the ex wife and her attorney. I gave up alot to be accommodating, but she and he totally screwed me over by hiding the facts and it was not even on the notepad pages that I signed "Great Adventure" turned out to be a driving restriction on me! I would never use them - stay away they are not on your side at all - the worst mistake I ever did was to trust them. Even before mediation she knew my feelings on this and said well she knows Michael from way back and don't worry!!!! She totally misrepresented me and now it will cost me $$$$ to try and get another lawyer to file motions back to court. I'm reporting both of them to the state bar association and mediators association

Kourtney completely mislead me during mediation session, the one thing most important to me she never told me and now because she convince me to sign it I’m stuck with it and now seeking out a new lawyer. Would never recommend them and looking to seek relief because of what they did.

Don't know my husband cheating on me for years. Left me for a 20 yr. Old (our daughters age.) At Christmas 4,000 in debt owed to rent. He left he didn't care what happened to me or our 10yr.son.I took him back 1yr.later I find he still having the affair and sex with hookers in walking distance. He came here. Without telling me. We will see.
