Wonderful law firm they’re honest. I say that because, they been trying to refund me my money being that the case was not eligible for an appeal, it closed. So I truly ignored the emails for 2 years but they were consistent and we finally squared that away. I feel like most organizations wouldn’t do that. I Thank you and recommend them.

Nicole and Roxann were great to work with during an incredibly stressful time. They provided rockstar service, and both were darling personalities. However, the firm pricing was steep, and I wasn't notified when my first legal representative was swapped. It was jarring to go over everything again with two new people.

I used Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group in a Child Support adjustment case. From my initial meeting with my Attorney Nicole, through my interactions with her paralegal Roxann, both were extremely helpful, professional and prompt in their responses to my questions and their efforts in working with me in moving my case forward. If I ever need family legal counsel again, I would look to them first!

COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!!!! They sure took my money for a case knowing the laws before taken my money never ever mentioning them during our consultation that I paid for as well!! Then I here from here 3-4 weeks later after paid in full and says I have to postpone court ok that’s fine and then begins to say I want to reach out to the other party’s lawyers and see if we can come to agreement. A month goes by she reaches out to me saying the same exact thing she said a month before I asked her I thought you did that a month ago A week after that conversation the firm gave me another lawyer the week before court and he tells me from the beginning what the firm should have told me before paying them In full I would never use this law firm again and I hope no one else does either. I came to them because I have no knowledge of the law and they ran with that took my money and laughed all the way to the bank!!

Absolutely Horrible! Do not go here I hired in August for a custody modification, The Lawyer I had was a absolute air head, I literally told my lawyer multiple times please summit the custody modification, so we could get a court date, I did not care if it was getting summited regular way just please summit, accused me of. Not signing papers in timely manner which I did! And have proof I did, needless to say she never did what I asked, I hired her as the professional to get the motion filed asap, and it was like I kept having to repeat myself we want to proceed we don't want to wait file file! Needles to say it never got done. And she lied and said she called me multiple times ! Twice ! On my old number ! I answered every email she sent! I signed every paper she asked me to sign ! It's not my fault my messages went to her spam! Big lack in communication with me as the client and the staff ! Disgusting lawyer first time I had problem like this ! And I picked this firm out of a lot thinking I was gonna. Get the adequate representation for my son, I believed in them and they failed me! It's a shame because my son suffers because of it, i really liked my lawyer when I met her and felt she was gonna. Do what I asked boy was I wrong cost me 3000+ mistake and to have no court date or anything to show for ! Karma has a way of getting people like this ! Don't go there please go somewhere else , if you dont get you answers or work done in the first two weeks get another attorney that's what I should of done !

Absolutely HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL experience!! After paying $1,000 retainer for “limited representation” (aka just filling out the standard motion paperwork), I spent the next 7 months with limited communication, incomplete paperwork, and a new bill for another $1,000+!!!! I signed an agreement for a payment arrangement, but never received a fully-executed/countersigned copy until I requested it 4 months later, just to discover they altered the original agreement by changing the name of my original attorney (I was never notified that she had left the firm) to Robyn Howlett whom I’ve never met, spoken to, or even gotten a letter or email from. Now, I’m being harassed for payments on an overage that no one can seem to explain! STAY FAAAAAAAAAR AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!

Weinberger has a number of great attorneys and paralegals all willing to jump in and help you out with your matter. I've had them on retainer off and on for about 5 years and have always been well represented and taken care of. My favorite attorney, Kourtney passed away but she always made sure that I was taken care of and I have always appreciated that. Hopefully, I do not have to seek representation again, but if I do, I know that I'll call Weinberger first.

She's definitely strong in court and also knows how to work well with opposing counsel to ensure a peaceful outcome for all.

We have been using Nicole McCauley for an extremely difficult and ongoing matter. She always listens to our concerns and fights for our child just as much as we do! She honest, upfront, and very easy to communicate with. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We actually wish we found her sooner.
