Mr. Howard Lesnik, has been with me since December 21st 2017 ever since my horrific accident in Newark, NJ. First, and Foremost - 5 Stars on Communication. In order to have a smooth as possible transaction on any deal you need to have great Communication skills. This is exactly what Howard has. It is also important you communicate with him when he gets in touch with you immediately. It just makes your case go smoothly, and resolves quickly. (Of course, it depends upon your case, and recovery time on your injuries.) Make sure to keep good notes on your incident, photos and any medical treatment receipts. Just helps with your case plus provides good evidence for Howard to use. He was on top of the case the moment I found him on a 5 star review on Google, and I wrote to him after a slip and fall super late on that evening. He helped me search medical doctors immediately (referrals) who would accept my insurance. That was a big help. Overall, if you follow what I mentioned above, everything will go as smoothly as possible. There will be back and forth negotiations which is normal. Just be patient, take care of yourself during your treatment and keep Howard up to date on how your recovery is going. I know there's hundreds of good attorneys to choose from in New Jersey, I personally recommend Howard Lesnik. He's professionalism and communication skills is why I wanted him to take my case.
