I contacted this firm and received an email with the questionnaire along with a telephone call from individual informing me to complete a questionnaire to ascertain if my issue was worthy of their time and effort, but I can only speculate that my completed questionnaire did not contain the responses that would reap monetary rewards. Also, there was never a consultation nor an opportunity to hire this firm, since there was no conversation or effort to contact me after the completed questionnaire was submitted. So I cannot provide an honest assessment or recommendation along with an honest rating of this firm, so safe harbor would lead me to be somewhere in the middle-of-the-road. I'll allow the reader to draw his or her own conclusion toward retaining this firm.

Jacci was recommended to me, by another attorney, as a true professional, in the type of counsel I was seeking. I made the right choice by deciding to have Jacci represent me with my case. I am more than pleased with her knowledge, tenacity and work ethic. Jacci is also genuine and sharp. You will have a hard time finding someone with as much integrity and class. I have and will continue to refer Jacci to anyone looking for legal services in the area of employment law, personal injury and civil rights.

I just used Vigilante Law Firm again last week for a real estate transaction. As a Realtor, I have used his firm and/or recommended this firm to my clients several times in the past 3 years. I am always completely satisfied with their service, and I've never heard a complaint after a referral; in fact, I am aware of a few of my referrals who have gone on to refer their friends to this office. Usually my real estate transactions are minor issues- not very exciting and we are talking modest fees, not large payouts- yet I am always treated as if my business is the just as important as anyone else. After several failed attempts to find a lawyer to represent me (a 60 years old <at the time> wheelchair bound city planner) in a wrongful termination by my municipal employer, I found Jacci Vigilante and her excellent supporting legal team -- who was willing to take on this David vs Goliath challenge. Although I know that I am not her only client, every contact that I have had with Jacci Vigilante and her team has shown me great respect for my individual client circumstances and needs. With her leadership and dedication, I am confident that we shall prevail in the courts, and that I can resume a normal life soon. I couldn't ask for a better advocate, and have/would recommend her to anyone needing great legal assistance and representation.
