Mr. Friedman is everything an attorney/lawyer should be; honest, fair and truthful. He has a vast amount of knowledge at the ready. His thoughtfulness and candid assessment of my case, was refreshing. He gave me facts and all the best and worst case scenarios. Mr. Friedman did his research and fought for me like a lion. I recommend Mr. Friedman and will employee his services again.

"I'm a former Naval Officer (8+ years active duty) and recent retiree after a 25 year career as an engineer in the energy industry. Three years prior to my retirement I was confronted with a situation in which a clear act of defense on my behalf was essentially nullified based on direct interpretation of a statute recently signed in to law. Bottom line - Despite a spotless record beyond a couple minor traffic violations, I was facing an almost certain and total ruin of my career, reputation, and financial security if prosecuted to the full extent of that statute. Thanks to Jim, NONE of that happened and it would be an insult to characterize him as anything less than simply outstanding. Jim has all the qualities any client would need from an attorney when the stakes are high - solid ethics, long historical experience, extensive knowledge of NJ Statutes, highly professional, very prompt and crystal clear in attorney/client consults. Jim doesn't "mince words"...he lays out all the possible options/outcomes and provides very accurate recommendations. Called and spoke to James for less that 5 minutes. He was rather short with me and mid sentence, I was hung up on. Tried calling back several times and only greeted with his voicemail. I can't recommend him.

James got me out of some pretty big trouble and got my case dropped from a felony to misdemeanor. He's very straightforward and honest, doing the best he possibly can to get to know you and your case. He fights hard for his clients.

I went to Jim when I was looking at some serious consequences... he took the time to get to know me and my case. My experience was he cared about his clients and was honest. (Which can be rare with lawyers) He had good relationships with everyone in the courthouse. As far as price goes, He is more than fare and way worth his weight in gold. Thanks Jim
