I was wrongfully arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of a narcotic substance in late 2019. Facing a complicated court situation I contacted Wishnic and Jerushalmy and they recommended me their resident attorney, Mark Zabel Jr.. Mark took the lead on my case and assisted me in gathering all the necessary evidence to prove I was not under the influence. Even when the prosecutor trying the case attempted to have me still take a license suspension (which could have cost me my job) despite my innocence Mark never waivered or attempted to plea me to an undesirable deal. In the end he held firm and got me what I wanted; complete dismissal of DUI and Wreckless driving charges with no license suspension. I would highly recommend Wishnic & Jerushalmy and Mr. Zabel especially for all legal matters.
