Johnathan represented me . The NJ prosecutors office is known to be a corrupt snakepit , and you want someone who knows how to handle snakes . Johnathan fought an overzealous prosecutor for two years and got me a a good deal . Avoiding a costly and stressful trial . The prosecutor was so pissed she didn't even show up in person on the last court date ( she zoomed in ) . Lol Johnathan outshined my co- defendants lawyer who had three times the prestige and who also cost three times the money! I feel very comfortable recommending this firm to anyone .

Johnathon Petty is The Best of The Best. I wish I went with him from the start. My friend and I were facing 8years, and the first firm I hired kept telling me I’m most likely going in. When I couldn’t take the unprofessionalism anymore, I decided to spend the money and switch to Mr. Petty. He will make sure you are treated like a human being and not just another meal ticket. When he told me, “you are hiring me to win, we got this,” I truly felt he meant it. He was very busy with multiple murder cases, but always returned my calls the same day. Honestly, if your life is on the line, go with this man. If there is a chance to win, he will make it happen. I was offered 8 years, but got me a dismissal instead. Just in case you were wondering, we were facing drugs and a gun charge. My friend ended up with probation. Even his lawyer was saying he’s going in, but when Mr. Petty joined the team, plans of jail started going away.
