Jay Weinberg did a very good job representing my 21 year old son on his first DWI offense. My son alcohol level was twice the limit (.15). My son got 6 tickets and Mr. Jay Weinberg was able to get him out for just paying one DWI offense. In addition, he found a way to convinced the judge to not install the interlocking which is required for this level of alcohol. He also mentored my son and let him know the severity of the second offense. I would recommend Jay Weinberg.

Mr. Jay Weinberg was great. I hired Mr. Weinberg for 8 charges that were against me, a second charged DUI, possession in a motorvehicle, possession of marijuan, careless, reckless, obstruction, false statement, and lamp. He was able to drop my 2nd DUI, possession in a motor vehicle, reckless, and false statement. And for the possession and obstruction, all I got was a conditional discharge. He committed a miracle for me and I can never thank him enough. Without him, I probably would have lossed my license for years and pay EXTREMELY HEFTY fines. To top his magic, he sold his services for a very fair price. Unike other bullcrap lawyers who charge like $4000, Mr. Weinberg only charged $1500 for all the charges he had to deal with for me. I recently hired Jay for a marijuana possession and contraband charges in Woodbridge Municipal Court in NJ. He was great! He was able to get all charges discharged with pretty much just a fine. I am definitely NOT the criminal type and this was my first time in court. Jay made the whole process a LOT easier on me. He talked me through the whole thing and was understanding on my anxiety. He answered all of my emails and calls right away and even spent time talking to me on the phone AFTER the case ended. I got a feeling like he actually wanted the best for me.... His fee was reasonable and I received a favorable outcome despite the charges I was up against. Jay has an undefined thing called "feel" when it comes to dealing with the courts. A lot of attorney's I've previously dealt with had egos that outweighed their talent. Jay set realistic expectations for me and actually exceeded my expectations.
