No brindan el servicio adecuado. Nos cambiaron mas de 4 veces Los paralegals. Nunca teniamos contestaciones de ellos, teniamos que estar llamando para ver si habian enviado Los documentos ya que nunca nos avisaban nada referente a el caso. Nos habian indicado que habian enviado Los documentos cuando no Era cierto. Se le hizo una pregunta referente a la cita y nos indicaron que para contestarnos la pregunta y ayudarnos a prepararnos para el caso habia que pagarle $500 mas.

Called to make an appointment for a consultation,
they were supposed to call me back to confirm the appointment and they never did. I called back and the same response again "that they need to confirm with the attorney and they will call me back to confirm" I lost two days waiting for their call. Very unprofessional and unorganized, if that's the way they handle the appointments scheduling, I cannot even imagine how they handle the actual cases. BE CAREFUL!!!

Earlier this week I contacted MS. Gontaryuk’s office regarding an immigration situation I am trying to resolve. MS, Gontaryuak promptly emailed me back with some direction and some initial research I need to complete before retaining her services.

Excelente atención, única, personal, humana, humilde. De verdad que doy gracias a Dios por haberme permitido trabajar nuestro caso de asilo con la abogada.
