Inconsistent appointment scheduling and communication
“Called to make an appointment for a consultation, they were supposed to call me back to confirm the appointment and they never did. I called back and the same response again 'that they need to confirm with the attorney and they will call me back to confirm' I lost two days waiting for their call.”
