I wouldn’t recommend nobody to joesph rotella , he did not fight for my husband like he promised to he tired to get my husband to take time for a crime he did not commit when it was time to file motion for evidence pertaining to my husband case he refuse to do so because he said he was for trial purposes only when he knew my husband had all rights to get full Discovery/ evidence from the state . In fact i was in court with my husband on 03/28/2022 & he did not realize i was there he stated to the state we not getting anything done today because he refuse to take the offer he did little to nothing to defend my husband before he hired him he knew my husband was not willing to time for a crime he did not commit instead when the time came joesphe rotella tried to focus him to take the time telling him he needed to take it ! Be careful he love to tell you what you wanna hear in the beginning but his action will not show it in the end ! Thanks for nothing
