I too am one of the millions who (wrongly) believed I would be stuck with my student loan debt for the rest of my life. Howard Bailey is the definition of professionalism. From the initial consultation with Mr. Bailey he was very down to earth and responsive to my questions. He made me feel comfortable and at no time made me feel he was selling me high hopes. He is a realist and I appreciate that. He answered all my questions in his office and we kept touch via email for updates on my case. All in all I guess all cases are different but in my situation it was a pretty fast turnaround. Being we are still in a pandemic I expected to wait a lot longer than I actually did for my final outcome. Over the weekend I was in desperate need to find an attorney for my boyfriend because he’s facing charges for something that was not his fault. So I found Mr. Rotella and spoke with him and over the weekend I was an emotional wreck and I bugged him the entire weekend, even on Sunday😩🤦🏽‍♀️. I felt bad for bothering him on a Sunday and I kept apologizing for it. He never once got annoyed with me and said “Maam, it’s ok, I get it. Just be in my office first thing Monday morning so I can help you guys right away”. I went to his office and he waisted no time to get to it. Michelle and her team are amazing! They helped me discharge over $100k of loans and I am now debt free. Half of my debt was considered private student loans which we challenged and won.
