Mr. Rotella is a fantastic attorney who delivers favorable results. My son was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and Mr. Rotella was able to downgrade it to the municipal level, and during the court case that followed, convincingly proved that there were no verifiable witnesses and got the charge thrown out. He and his office delivered an outcome that was life changing, I highly recommend this attorney.

Mr. Rotella's experience really shows well in the courtroom. His office always responded promptly to any and all questions that I had through phone call and/or email. He's a great attorney to have. He's definitely the attorney that you want to have on your side and get the results you want.

Michelle is a great lawyer, my experience with her was so great, very organized and knowledgeable in her field, also has a great working team, when i went to her office she welcomed me at the reception her self and took me to her office then after we finished the meeting she walked me till the elevator, always get emails from her team if i am missing something, they call and explain, and when i call them for any reason they answer my concerns, i wish i can give them more than 5 stars

1) Very condescending and arrogant 2) Lies 3) Clients are faced with overwhelming family decisions and claims clients are “victims” when they aren’t satisfied with outcomes. 4) Doesn’t return calls timely 5) Forgetful about details of case 6) Makes promises and then doesn’t keep them 7) Full of strategies, kindness and hope that all disappear after she cashes your check 8) When client addresses problem she resorts to threatening her own client 9) FIRED her before the end of my case, I was better off w/o having to argue with the person I paid to help me. 10) Awful lawyer if you have a complicated case, BEWARE Ms. Labayen is the kind of lawyer that thinks she is your boss although she is paid to work for you and on your behalf until the end of the case. At some point she started working against what was doable for me and more on the behalf of the court and the referee. Therefore, I was forced to fire her and file my own motions (that I successfully wrote, filed, argued and won), after she was removed from the case. Additionally, I defended myself against bank levies/garnishments that she never lifted a finger to address and stated that garnishments shouldn't have a major effect on my financial status. I also won that case and released the funds after I stopped listening to her awful advice. She told me not to pay property taxes and later lied in court that she never said that and used "tactical framing" to suggest if she did, she wasn't wrong. She wrongly claims I didn't want to leave the home, when the truth is I needed sufficient time to leave the home that was a primary residence for my entire family. I successfully got the court to extend my time once Ms. Labayen was off the case. It was my decision to sell the home in the first place after many years in other courts because of an estate dispute (not non-payments - more of her lies), so why would I turn around and not want to leave?? I resolved to let the property go because it's valuation wasn't worth enough to continue to litigate it with other heirs and it was also underwater. I had to become my own lawyer and was able to get the things I needed done without having to sit on hold or wait a week for a response. Ms. Labayen’s stale and condescending attitude, distortion of the truth and delayed services were no longer appreciated. When I needed her during the case she wasn't available but when I emailed her to tell her how unhappy I was she made sure to go back-and-forth with me until I just stopped responding. Attached is one of the last emails from Ms. Labayen where it speaks condescendingly about my intelligence, tells me about how to be a mother (my child attends school at an Ivy and has gotten accepted to international academic programs - a stable home?? - who does she think she is?) and attempts to threaten me. Mrs. Labayen's empty threats don't work on "smart" people. Smart people write reviews and save emails. Clearly I was better off handling my case without her. Contrary to Ms. Labayen's comments, my life has not been shrouded in "luck." And a dispute over a condo was a minor blip in a moment in time. I have worked hard and have been extremely successful, admired by my peers, awarded nationally, published author etc - and remain to this day. I would never recommend her for anybody looking for a lawyer that is going to fight "tooth and nail" to get the things you need. If your case is just paperwork and a stamp.....than she's your gal! #FACTS #TRUTH Sincerely, DOCTOR LISAMARIE MOORE - say it right Michelle.

I am so glad I came across this attorney. Michelle and her entire staff have been such a blessing to me from the beginning. I was in a horrible situation. She made the transition very smooth! I am so grateful for her and her AMAZING staff!
