I am writing this review because I had hired Mr.Joseph D Rotella to represent me in a criminal case. Mr. Rotella had went above and beyond to get me a favorable outcome. He was 100% straight forward and honest with me from our very 1st conversation. I will definitely recommend his service to any and everyone in need of a great lawyer.

I recommend hiring Mr.Rotella simply because he will work his hardest for you , and make you feel in safe while doing it. Dealing with a criminal case can be very stressful for one self and ones family ,but Mr.Rotella made me feel calm and confident that everything was going to be great. I got the best possible outcome for my case , and justice was certainly served. The cost for his work is very fair , he is very professional , and explains everything with detail so you don’t miss a beat. Mr. Rotella and his team are the best possible team you could find.

Today I received a phone from this office stating I owe 175.00 I paid Michele almost 1700 to file bankruptcy last year received my Order went to court Everything was done closed a relief it went quick This person call me I explained to her I was not informed of that amount I have my receipt and everything I told her how much I paid to file She says oh that’s nothing I called back to talk to Michele they told me she was not in today To explain what happen Just be careful with this law office I didn’t have a problem until a year later I owe 175.00i feel as though that should have been included with the 1700 that I paid

Finding a lawyer wasn't easy for me. I had no one to give me any personal recommendations so I was left to search online and try to have some faith in the reviews of others personal experiences and that's all I can speak to here. Money isn't everything and I honestly would have paid more to get the outcome I was looking for and Im sure others would as well, but Mr Rotellas fee was reasonable, in line with others and didn't even have to pay it all at once. I called him and he invited me to his office to meet even during the pandemic because that is how I best felt I would get a feel of who could help me the most, sat down broke out the books went over everything before he even got paid a dime from me. Answered all my questions, with patience, honesty, and just real. No lawyer can make promises but the outcome I got is exactly what I said I hoped for in our first meeting. Went above and beyond handling a few small matters even after the case was done, nothing I expected or asked for. People are usually who they are most times and this was my honest experience with Mr Rotella who I personally consider a great attorney!!

I had a bad experience with Mr. Rotella. He has a very bad attitude, arrogant and condescending. In my case, Rotella did what he wanted to do ,and not what I wanted him to do. Mr. Rotella showed me a lack of respect that was unimaginable. When I didn't want to take the plea deal offered by the prosecutor, Rotella circumvented the plea deal by telling me to, "find another attorney because that the best he could do" In other words, Rotella sold me out! His first obligation was to himself, then the court, next was the prosecutors office and I was dead last! I had a fool proof winning case and the best Rotella could get me was the presumptive plea deal. Never again!

I’ve worked with Mr. Rotella for close to 2 years and he’s by far the most trustworthy and reliable lawyer you can find when it comes to criminal matters. The rates are appropriate for the amount of work he does, he really is a man of his word and works to the best of his abilities to professionally represent his clients and pursue the outcome you’re more than hoping to get. I hopes this serves to whomever in their mission to find a good lawyer who won’t overcharge and do what they do best not for the money but for their clients themselves.

She was very helpful and friendly. Made the whole bankruptcy process easy for my Mother who doesn't speak English. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
