Mr. Bailey is very unprofessional and money hungry. He will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and then never do anything for you. I had him for a whole year and he did absolutely nothing for me he was supposed to, so I fired him and hired a new attorney and he did in a month what mark didn't do .

Mark Bailey is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and does everything he can do to fight for his clients. I hired him for a criminal case. He was very kind and respectful. Mark listened to my side of the case and devised a great strategy. He also took time to listen and talk to me whenever I became anxious. After long efforts on his part, the Plaintiff decided not to pursue the case. Mark called me immediately. He always kept me apprised of what was going on and made me feel included. Don’t go it alone.
