Dec. 9 2019, I was arrested and charged of 2 counts first degree, 2 counts Second degree. At that time I have no Idea how serious my charges coz' this is my first time I'm in trouble ( and the last). I called my brother and sister in-law, told them I need a lawyer, my sister in-law was the one searching for a good one. She found one, Montell Figgins, Llc. Mitchell took over my case, I was told if I fight I have 50/50 chance to win, if I lost I might get 25 yrs.to life in prison, that's the thing I have to think about. If you are in that situation you have to think a lot, to fight this kind of case is very hard and it takes a lot of years. So nothing I can do but to find a lawyer who can be trusted, and I can tell that Montell Figgins lawyer can be trusted base on their reputations. So I told Atty. Douglas to please do what ever you can for my own benefit, it was then the plea negotiation starts and we reached a bargain plea and they accept it. After 704 days I was out, last Oct.5 2021 I feel free again and last week I got my CDL class A Driving license. Thank to the help of Montell Figgins Llc., especially to Atty. Douglas G. Mitchel Esq... and Atty. Kenneth E. Brown, Esq. All I can say, if you need sex offense charged expertise, call this said office, thank you so much Montell Figgins, God bless you all.
