I was pulled over and arrested for a DUI in NYC sept 2021. Literally the worst thing ever because my job looks at my abstract every year for any DUI/DWI and I can be fired. I spoke to 4 different lawyers and none sounded confident or convincing enough to beat my case. Then I spoke to Rachel and she literally gave me many different ways we could win or atleast get lesser charges. Also for her price, Not bad at all. I felt confident choosing Rachel as my lawyer because she knows her NJ/NY laws and as I did my research she has a great reputation and years of experience. My case was long, Months and months going back and forth to court but not once did I ever not know what was going on. Rachel always kept me well informed and always told me not to worry. The prosecutors offered a plea deal for lesser but before we accept. Rachel informed me there was still a chance for dismissal. Now August 2022 my case is dismissed and I couldnt be any happier. I am free of this and get to keep my good job. I Honestly feel like I would not have got the same results with anybody else and I am so grateful.

Amazing woman ! She comforted me when I was stressed and felt anxious. She provided me with so much feedback so detail orientated. Although the experience was long and difficult for me personally cause it was my first ever experience she had my back every step of the way and she made me feel present. I felt heard. Rachel Kugel and her team worked hard to have a family member's case dismissed after he became ill. There was ongoing communication and informational updates. Rachel is knowledgeable and approachable and her administrative assistant, Linda was very helpful as well.
