Mr. Lewis is an exceptional Lawyer. He represented me in a automobile injury case several months ago. He won me the biggest settlement I have ever seen. Thank you Mr. Lewis What I liked most about Mr. Lewis is, he was transparent about ever step in the litigation process. He made me feel comfortable to talk to him whenever I had a question or didn’t fully understand something. He was also a straight shooter, which for me eliminated and confusion. If he accepts your personal injury case you better believe he will get you the max for your injuries. If I ever need representation again, he is my go to Lawyer. Yes I highly recommend Randy Lewis as a Lawyer of choice for personal injury.

I called Mr. Lewis from Missouri to help me with traffic tickets from over 20 years ago. A matter no other attorney would even touch! 3 different jurisdictions, Patterson, Newark, and Irvington! Needless to say, we have work still to do because of Covid, but the progress has been outstanding. He appears to the court at appointed times, and always returns calls to answer questions. I'm all the way in Missouri, and could not ask for a better lawyer to represent me back in Jersey!! Words can not express how much relief I feel!

In August of 2019 I got pulled over for Speeding by the NJ State Police in Irvington NJ coming home from a concert where I had been drinking. The police office administered a field sobriety test and I failed miserably as a matter of fact after I stumbled badly while trying to put one foot in front of the other with my eyes closed. I was clearly busted. The state trooper arrested me on the spot and impounded my vehicle and took me to the Precinct in Sommerset NJ (About 30) mins away and threw the book at me, wrote me 5 tickets: Driving under the influence, Careless Driving, Speeding at 90MPH, Unsafe Lane Change, Wreckless Driving. While incarcerated I blew into a breathalyzer machine and reported a score of 0.19 (more than double the legal limit). My wife was at work (She works overnight) and so my son a college student, came to pick me up around 3am. I've never been more embarrassed in my life, here I am giving my college aged son speeches about drinking and driving and I was as guilty as it gets. The charges I was facing were serious. Loss of my License for 3 months and about $20k in costs over 3 years from increase in insurance, surcharges and state penalties etc. I hired Randy who came on a recommendation from a friend who lives in Newark hear his offices. Boy was I happy. Randy and his paralegal Carla handled my case like super heroes. Randy knew the Lead prosecutor in Irvington NJ and told me exactly how my case was going to go. He has handled hundreds of these cases before. The key to getting the case dismissed was to work the system and the prosecutor who he had a good relationship with. Honestly, I think that at one point, the prosecutor was not even contacting the Trooper to send in the discovery information or it got lost somehow. After a couple of time where Trooper did not come or discovery info was MIA and a couple of postponements, I had to go to court about 5 times over the course of 3 months, but the strategy worked and the case was eventually thrown out with all charges dismissed. I got off with out paying any fines, penalties or charges and the cost to me was $2500 total in legal fees. A flat rate that Randy Lewis allowed me to pay in a few installments. All through the process Carla the paralegal kept in touch and told me what to expect etc. Randy was readily available on the phone for questions etc and always returned my calls promptly. So all in all it was a perfect outcome and a perfectly handled case. . I am forever grateful to Randy and Carla for making this nightmare go away. You can hire Randy without fear. He is the best lawyer I have ever worked with and was very happy with the outcome.

I was looking at 4 point trying to resolve my tickets on my own. After given the opportunity to hire a lawyer Randy was able to lower my points and although I was giving the option to do so it was suggested to fight my ticket and I was later able to get my tickets dismissed.

I hired Mr. Lewis to represent me for several traffic violations (including a speeding ticket). He really knows his stuff and came to court fully prepared! He knew exactly what questions to ask me and prepared me for the worst case scenario. He was very calm and put me at ease, knowing that my situation was in the right hands. This is my second time using MR. Lewis to represent my son and both times the results have been dismiss . Mr. Lewis was very compassionate and professional when I express to him my concern on the summons my son had received Mr. Lewis reassure me that things will be okay and even though I used him on a previous case and it was dismiss this time I felt uneasy because my son was looking at 6 point for the in fraction but Mr Lewis was so confident of the outcome he made me feel at ease. Once again Mr. Lewis follow thru with his promise he was more at ease then what I was but my sons case was dismiss and with such relief. I have a CDL and received 2 tickets. I went to different attorneys but randy made me feel at ease. His office is great i can get through to him all the time. Carla is just great.

Mr Lewis have been a blessing to my family. I was nervous about the severity of my case, but Attorney Lewis kept my nerves at calm. He sent one of his lawyers to represent for me and my tickets were diminished to but all thrown away.
