I had a positive experience with the law firm. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and helpful.

Estoy muy contenta con el servicio que me dieron. Las señoritas fueron muy amables siempre estuvieron atentas a mi caso y contestaron todas mis preguntas. Especialmente la señorita Barbara. Siempre que yo tenia una pregunta ella me ayudaba y cuando la llamaba ella siempre me contestaba. Y también la señorita Minerva una excelente persona. En general todos fueron muy amables. Gracias a la Firma de abogados Ginarte y a todo su equipo. Y les recomiendo que cuando tengan un caso no duden en llamar a Ginarte..

Horrible services! They are not responsible at all! First, you have to go there to know about your case, because neither the lawyer or assistants call back to update you on the case. And they do not care if you losse hours of work, they can keep you waiting for hours. When I get tired of their incompetence, I tried to get all my case files back and a letter from them saying that they are not longer representing me; but the lawyer was rude, he started to yell at me as if I was doing something wrong, he also threatened me to call security. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They do not care about you! Once they get your money, they will treat you like garbage!

I absolutely recommend this firm to anyone seeking compensation. Both the secretary staff and the law professional staff (I dealt primarily with Matt Villani) were such a pleasure to deal with. Always kept me informed and up to date and made the entire experience of my workers compensation and civil suit seamless. Their reputation speaks for themselves however, personally experiencing their professionalism was beyond satisfactory.
