Mi experiencia con esta oficina, siempre estuvieron pendientes de mi caso. La oficina me hablaba por teléfono de los appointments. Me gustó la honestidad de el abogado Manny Gonzalez, el era sincero conmigo de un comienzo. Karen, la secretaria estuvo conmigo cuando llegue de primera vez, siempre me dieron confianza entre los dos. Yo realmente estoy agradecido con la oficina y el abogado, y todo personal, son bien amables. Muchas gracias!

No good services!!first day I have 2 wait 1hrs.1/2 for a interview not with the lawyer,yes, with a paralegal,from 1 floor. To a other floor.very frustrated.

It not worth it to hire Mr ..ginarte,he staff they make you a appt.and you showed up on time, they make you wait for hours...to me seriously Mr.Ginarte they me wait a 1hr.1/2 . Sorry u lose me as a customer!!

My experience was very excellent. Their communication with customers are very perfect. They respect calls and they would get back any comments you would leave on the voicemail. Minerva is so helpful and experienced I her job and she always helps she is an extraordinary lady. If I was able to I would give her an honors award.

Bueno mi experiencia fue me senti seguro, protejido y mis derechos fueron defendidos a plenitud. Obtuve una excelente recompensa por los daños y perjuicios. Todos los abogados fueron muy claros y professionales y me hicieron saber por cada etapa del caso que estaba pasando. Karen lo atendia muy bien a uno y ella practicamente me tenia al margen de todo y es muy efficiente. Y me siento satisfecho, gracias a Ginarte.

Bad experience! They showed no accountability on my case and it dragged for a very long time. Neither the lawyer or assistants never call me or sent an email to update me on case. At the end I feel that for their incompetence my case was settled for peanuts.

i had a very good experience up to my original lawyer was change. i went to court with a different Lawyer cause the one was suppose to be there did not show up, them when my case was settle i went to sign the settlement 2 1/2 month ago and im still waiting for my check and this Lawyer never call me to inform me anything. im very disappointing cause because of him i made plans which im still waiting for him to issued my check and and i haven't been given a good explanation, and when talked to him over the phone cause i been calling he sounded like since i went to sign the settlement did not look into my filed ever since back in June, im very angry and disappoint about this cause i made plans with this money. what should i do??
