I hired Mr. Maglione for a case where I hired a contractor to build a two family house and the contractor never finished the house .To make long story short at the end of the day I walked out with a $339,000 judgement against the contractor. From the 1st day I called Dean to hire him he made me feel very comfortable I had a very bad motorcycle accident He ask if I could come to the office or asked if I wanted him to come to my house to meet . I said no I'd make to his office he listened to me and assured me everything would work out. We started the process and from day one he was available anytime I needed him if he wasn't in he would get back to me in less then 24 hrs He also gave me his cell just in case of emergency . He took me thru this process being very honest of the possibilities of what can happened he explained everything as we went thru the process together he did focus groups on my case which was very helpful every step we took he explain everything we where going to go thru and things that can and can't happened. I retained Dean a few years ago, paid him nearly $3000, in which he abruptly dropped me without a client for absolutely NO reason. It was a 3rd degree incident in which he had to show up to court ONE time and assured me I was 'fine'.. Contrary to Deans useless words, he wrote a letter to the court stating he was no longer representing me. ADDITIONALLY he NEVER advise me he received mail from the court, causing me to have an open WARRANT!!! I found this out when I returned from Europe and was told by customs I had a warrant in which I was ARRESTED and spent Christmas Eve in the county jail!! Dean has yet to man up and return any of my phone calls to explain anything!! I am still in the dark!!!
