HOME RUN! Recently, approaching retirement, my wife and I were faced with the daunting task of both buying and selling a house, which we had heard was one of the most stressful endeavors people deal with in life. Needless to say we approached this with some trepidation! But it was our good fortune to choose Riposta Lawyers LLC to represent us for both transactions. This law firm did not adhere to the letter of the law from my great aunt’s will. It was stipulated in her will that her four nieces would split the remainder of the inheritance. If one of the nieces was to pass before the money was distributed the money would be split between the living nieces not their heirs. This law firm did not follow what was put in my aunts legal will.
