Mr. Carvajal is a great, patient, and understanding attorney. He helped me with two different court cases, both were veryyyy stressful. He always got back to me with updates on my cases, which would put me at ease. With Mr. Carvajal’s help, both cases came out with great outcomes and better than expected. I was super happy and felt stress free, and relieved. If I ever have to go to court again, I’ll definitely go right back to him. Highly recommend ! :)

It is said that the way an attorney responds to negative feedback can reveal a lot about their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction. It seems that his response to negative feedback may not be indicative of the level of professionalism and expertise one would expect from an attorney. In hindsight, I regret leaving a stellar review for him back in 2021, as it now appears that there may have been some issues with the way my case was handled. Back in July 2022, I entrusted Mr. Carvajal with my child support case and promptly made the required payment. However, despite my repeated attempts to obtain updates from his office between July and October 2022, I was consistently informed about delays caused by the ongoing pandemic. To my dismay, when the court hearing finally took place in April 2023, I discovered that the child support papers were not filed until October 2022 - months after I had engaged Mr. Carvajal's services. The situation was highly disconcerting resulted in unnecessary delays and potential repercussions for my case. So, when I read reviews from Mr.Carvajal’s clients that Mr. Carvajal has a tendency to stall when it comes to filing necessary paperwork - this revelation aligns with my own experiences and only adds to my growing frustration. Upon attending my court date, I was directed towards mediation instead of having the chance to present my case before a judge. Despite reaching out to Mr. Carvajal multiple times via text, expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of progress in reaching an agreement, my requests were completely ignored. To compound matters further, during mediation, it became evident that Mr. Carvajal had failed to take necessary legal steps in ensuring that documentation confirming my sole custody of my daughter was properly filed. This oversight is particularly alarming as it pertains to a hearing that took place back in July 2021, where no docket number was assigned, rendering it null and void. When I confronted Mr. Carvajal about this oversight, his response was simply "I'm doing it now." Such a dismissive and unprofessional attitude is not only unacceptable but also raises serious ethical concerns. Furthermore, he did not even have the common courtesy to follow up with me regarding the outcome of this matter. Approximately two weeks after the last hearing, I visited the courthouse to file another motion related to my case. To my surprise, I was informed that I could not proceed with this filing until Mr.Carvajal release me as his client. In light of this information, I immediately attempted to contact Mr.Carvajal. After multiple calls and text messages, he eventually answered the phone with a rude and condescending tone which left me feeling distraught. In tears, I found myself in a vulnerable position where I was left with no choice but to implore for assistance or request that he releases me as his client. Regrettably, despite his assurance to follow up with me, I have not received any response from Mr. Carvajal or his office. His complete lack of communication has left me feeling betrayed, blindsided, and utterly deceived. The absence of both empathy and remorse from Mr. Carvajal during our conversation only exacerbates my frustration. I firmly believe that no one deserves to be treated in such a manner when seeking professional assistance. As a client who entrusted my case to Mr. Carvajal's expertise, this level of disregard is simply unacceptable. As a result of this unfortunate situation, I had no choice but to hire a new lawyer who demonstrated the professionalism and integrity that should have been present from the start. Their actions reaffirmed my belief in doing what is right from the very beginning. I would like to take this opportunity to caution others against solely relying on reviews when making important decisions. As someone who fell victim to misleading information, I strongly encourage everyone to exercise caution and not let themselves go through the heartache and financial hardship that I experienced.

Mr.Carvajal was exceptional throughout his representation. Although, it was a hectic life event, he made the divorce process smooth and clear cut. He reassured me along the way, things will work out in my favor..He addressed all my concerns, and delivered with great guidance and professionalism. I highly recommend his services..Despite the fact, the divorce process took longer than expected due to the Covid pandemic, it was worth the wait! :)

HE IS A JOKE. THIS GUY IS JUST TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND IS NOT DOING ANYTHING FOR THEM. HE TOOK LONG TO FILE MY DIVORCE PAPERS, MISSED ALL THE DEADLINES. HE DOES NOT ANSWER FONE CALLS AND NEITHER ANSWER THE EMAIL. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER LAWYER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIM

Mr Carajal is one of the best Divorce attorney's I know in the court system. This is not an easy legal field to specialize, most Divorce Attorney's are clueless on how to navigate thru Family Court. Mr Carajal is an expert and veteran of Divorce cases.
