If I could leave negative stars for this firm, I would. This law firm is working on behalf of Kensington Court Condominiums to remove my sick and mentally incapacitated grandmother from her home. William H. Brosha' Esquire, and the entire law firm are trying to unethically remove my grandmother from her home. He and his team have caused my grandmother epileptic and panic attacks from the stress of losing her home which she has been in for the last 2 decades. We make our payments, and have an agreement with the bank to keep the home. Despite this, William and his team of demon vultures are trying to still remove her from her home. We keep trying to settle with the firm, but they refuse. These greedy parasites wont take any offer no matter how high. If you can avoid this firm like the plague please do. They are in the business of teaming with house associations to remove teannants they personally dont like. Last time I checked, how you feel about someone does not give you the right to remove them from their home.

I retained Deborah because she talked to me at length about my case during the consultation without making me feel like I was on a time clock. Deborah knows what she’s doing, she’s been doing it for a long time, and she knows how things usually go in family law. She doesn’t sugar-coat matters, is honest in her dealings and always made me feel well-supported and assured. Rude an they lie about payments made without adding them to bill keeps bills same amount i paid a year an balance has not changed nor can they give me a runing total as ubited way offered to help pay my balance bc of covid but did not hav correct balance to date minus payments made i do not think its all in them their cliwnt keeps terrible receipts hindering their work for there client an the people trting to pay during covid

Hired and used them for just over 3 years, what they collected for us as to what they charged us was peanuts. The people working for them drove up the bills and kept doing work when told not too. I feel Amy which oddly enough is no longer there really did not know what she was doing. WATCH every bill they send you as they bill for the same thing but reword it. Also what the phone calls to the sheriffs office that they over bill you for. All in all do not use them unless you want to lose all you money.

A friend of mine referred me to Deborah Rose for my divorce, and that was the best advice I could have received. She was a pleasure to work with, is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the law, and did a wonderful job representing me and my interests . She listened to my concerns and communicated very clearly to me about everything that was needed in a very timely manner. We reached a favorable outcome and I appreciated all of her support. Unfortunately there is no choice for zero stars, otherwise would have given her -1 star. This attorney is nothing but money hungry. unethical and consumate liar. She was my ex wifes lawyer for our divorce case. She depleted are Marital assests by $30K. Her excuse for over charging "You guys have millions of dollars in assests what is $30K to you guys" She unecessary made it complicated case and did lengthy Discovery period for simple case of divorce (adult children, employed couples all assest diineated well).just so she could increase her billable hours. She was Overbilling and colluding with the plaintiffs lawyer, both acts of Professional Misconduct. My wife fired her after 6 weeks the reason she told me " Deb is too old and just money hungry, unethical and excessively billing for things which she did not even do. I have reported her to District VIII Ethics Secretary!! Do not touch her with a 1000ft pole, she is bad news.
