Very unprofessional

If zero stars was possible, I would be there with it. This entire law firm is very unethical, My brother has been incarcerated for five months now, his public defender has been appointed to him which was Joesph Swift. The attorney hasn't even went to see his client in Atlantic County Jail. Every time we (as a family on behalf of my brother) or even if he uses his FREE CALL to call the law firm nobody have any answers. GRANTED the attorneys aren't required to talk to the family, it's more so upsetting that his client calls his family and says he doesn't have form of contact with his paralegal. Since we have been watching the live streams, my brother attorney has been late every time, he's been asking for a " breakout room" to talk to his client instead of treating him as if he was a client in need of his time and attention and actually going to go see his client. More upsetting that my brother hasn't received a discovery yet either after five months. Joesph Swift sent our mother the discovery instead of MAILING OR PERSONALLY DELIVERING it to his client ( my brother).The family has sent out emails and called the law firm, again it's always backed to square one NOTHING! Please avoid this law firm if possible! ( more over Joseph Swift). Furthermore he acted as if he was more on the prosecutor side than actually being a public defender and serving his client.

Jim was very down to earth. He helped my daughter with a traffic ticket that required legal representation. He explained the process and took very good care of us. I highly recommend him. He is the best!
