I had Mr. Mancino represent me in my case. I was very dissatisfied with his legal services. He was never available and never returned my phone calls. He was not straight forward regarding the status of my case.

I was sued by a patient who was referred to me by her general dentist. It was alleged that I performed an unnecessary procedure on the patient. The case went to court and with Mr. Mancino at my side I was confident that the outcome would be in my favor. For ten days I watched this attorney fight for me every step of the way. The jury found in my favor because i did nothing wrong and because I had a great lawyer who laid out my case in a clear and concise manner. If you are ever a defendant in a professional malpractice matter give Mr. Mancino a call. You'll be glad you did.

I was named as a defendant in a dental malpractice action. I did not meet Mr. Mancino until shortly before my case was scheduled to go to trial. I was concerned that he would not have a full understanding of the facts and issues in my case. After one meeting all of my fears were put to rest. Mr. Mancino knew the case better than I did and went through his trial strategy with me in a clear, concise cogent and convincing manner. The trial was nerve wracking but Russ found the time to not only try the case but to listen to my concerns and reassure me every step of the way. The jury found in my favor by a 6 to 1 vote. I was impressed with the way Russ handled the victory. He was conciliatory to the other side, humble and genuinely happy for me. He counseled me on how to avoid lawsuits in the future by simply keeping the lines of communication open with my clients. I learned a lot from this ordeal thanks to Mr. Mancino.

When a physician is sued their Insurance Company will provide them with an attorney under the policy. Alternatively, the physician can retain his own lawyer at his expense. When my case was assigned to Mr. Mancino, I looked him up but did not find much information about him. I later learned that he does not ask for or request reviews. He is humble, in addition to being a gifted attorney. My case involved nerve damage in a young woman, resulting in permanant disfigurement and loss of function of the facial muscles. Mr. Mancino took me through the entire process during our first meeting. He told me what are strengths and weaknesses were. He told me that I did not deviate from the standard of care. He told me he would try my case without any reservations. From day one he was accessible at the office, on the road and at home. I felt like I had a guardian angel looking out for me. He always protected my personally from credibility attacks by other attorneys and stood by my side throughout three years of pre trial discovery. At trial he was competent, confident and not intimidated. His youthful appearance is an assest as he is apparently underestimated. The other attorney learned the hard way that this was a mistake. The jury found unanimously in my favor. My faith in the legal system and in lawyers was bourne out by Mr. Mancino's professionalism. I will be forever grateful for his advise and counsel.

I was the subject of a complex professional liability claim that involved many dentists and great difficulty in directing blame for the care that this woman received. I was part of a chain of events that spiralled out of control resulting in a pathologic fracture of her jaw do to the incompetance of a covering oral surgeon. He wasn't named in the litigation as he was the plaintiff's "friend" and motivator to take legal action. I stood alone, until Mr Mancino stood up for me. He did extensive research and supported me as none of my decades-long friends and colleagues did. This matter eventually settled as the trial began. We may have/should have won outright but this was the best path to get back to my practice and my life. I thank god and Mr. Mancino for shepparding me through this ordeal. I had been assigned another attorney from another firm but was reassigned to Mr Mancino so I know the difference of being supported and being represented and I prefer the former. Best of luck
