Mr. Kazmierczak previously helped with my VA disability claim. They did an amazing job. I also filed for SSDI. I already knew it would a very difficult case, Mr. Kazmierczak agreed, but him and his team still decided to proceed and help me. It was for migraines and PTSD. I am also under 40 years old. So young age and an "invisible" disability and missing 2 years worth of medical treatment records due to covid. Everything was against me. I was approved within 18 months. Mr. Kazmierczak and his team could have easily declined my case due to its difficulty, but the did not leave me behind. He is a lawyer who truly cares about the Veterans of this country. You can trust him with your case and you can trust him to do what's right for you.

I was referred to Karl Kazmierczak’s office by another Veteran buddy of mine about 5 or 6 years ago . The VA basically denied almost every claim i filed. PTSD , Sleep apnea, Knees, Back . I will forever be grateful for TEAM KAZMIERCZAK LAW OFFICES. Especially for the hard working, go getter, that has the warrior type attitude towards her SERVICE to Veterans from all over the USA. I will preface this review with my prior experience. It took me almost a decade to get 40% Va disability working with a VSO. Half way through, the VSO just stopped working and responding to me, leaving me to fight the rest of the way. Mr. Kazmierczak and his team took my case on and got me from 40% to 90% within 3 months. It took another 4 months to get me TDIU with P&T. I am extremely grateful for all they have done. Thank yo so much!
