I was trying to apply for long term disability for mental health and spoke to 3 different lawyers. 2 lawyers wouldn't take my case, but Mr. Kazmierczak agreed and put me at ease. He was straightforward and honest about the chances of being approved for social security disability (10%) due to my age and because it was mental health (I am 39 years old and suffer from severe anxiety and depression). His staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and treated me like I was family. My case went in front of a judge after appeal and Mr. Kazmierczak was able to help get me approved against the odds.
