We have enlisted Al’s expertise over the last 6 years and highly recommend him. He may keep a low profile, but behind the scenes he is working very hard for his clients which is obvious in the outcome of his cases. Even a judge in our case commented that we were very lucky to have such a good attorney. Al digs into all the details, asks all the right questions and thinks outside the box to consider every option to benefit his client. I am wating for a follow up phone call since early May. He sent a demand letter on my behalf and does not return calls so I can move forward with the case. Most calls to the office go to voicemail. WTH I am owed a large sum of money and would like to be repaid even if it costs me money and time. Just a horrible expeience.

Al was amazing at narrowing down our position and negotiating with the other side. Our contract wasn't really strong enough and we were worried about our position. They refused to negotiate and thought they had a slam dunk in court, they were quite shocked when they categorically lost their case across the board and the judge decided in our favor. Recently iIworked with Mr. Rescinio when my identity was stolen. I met with him for about 1 hour explaining how the theft occurred, and how I was wrongly being sued. I shared how the credit cards opened in my name were mailed to someone who lived in FL. I live in NJ. That I had locked down my credit with the the various credit agencies and had filed a police report of theft with our local police department. I was following the rules to convince the CC companies that this was fraud. He was able to review an inch of documentation and recognize one key factor that I had overlooked. The credit cards were opened in 2019 using the information stolen form the Experian breach. However, the thieves not only used my credit information but also my spouses. Mr.Rescinio recalled that during his initial interview of me, I mentioned my wife had passed in 2014. The CCs were opened in 2019. he worked to convince the CC companies of this obvious oversight in their investigation. We won and all suits were dismissed! At that point i recognized the value of using an expert. Mr. Rescionio is that expert. I highly recommend him!

I'd have to agree with the guy who said sloppy, Rescinio is the absolute worst. neglected the needs of my elderly mother. Good thing we didn't have to appear in court! We needed a POA and help with setting up a trust. He was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. when we pointed out the signed documents were wrong he just switched pages out for a quick fix. We had to get the help of a different attorney to straighten out his mess!! Thanks but no thanks.
