Richard is an extremely helpful attorney. I come from a family of multiple attorneys and I choose to use him over them, which speaks for itself. He specializes in multiple areas and has tight ties with municipalities all over the state of New Jersey. Impressive, I will use and reccomend.

I was charged with leaving the scene involving personal injury (8 point ticket!) and 6 other tickets in Fort Lee. Total of 22 points. Richard was amazing and professional from the start. He was very easy to talk to and really put me on ease about the whole situation. We met for the first time the day of court, Richard had already obtained a resolution for me. I paid $278, No Loss of Drivering License and the case was sealed!!! I would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a Lawyer!

Richard, I just want to say thank you and let you know that I am immensely happy with the outcome orchestrated by you and your staff Attorney Megan Smith. I haven’t had any traffic violations for about the last 30 years and was terribly upset when faced with a potential 4 point ticket. I went into damage control mode and contacted my insurance company. I was advised that if I got 4 points, then my auto insurance premium would increase by $360 per year for 3 years totaling $1,080! I was in shock. Megan was successful in reducing the penalty to a small $89 fine and no points. I want to further convey that I am not just happy about saving money. I hired Rich for my 2nd DUI in Wall over the phone. I was very impressed with Rich's review of my case and his frank and smart advice. The Judge told me I had a great a attorney and he was right because after 3 appearances Rich got my DUI dismissed on a technicality he found in the cops case. I got a Reckless driver ticket and a 90 day loss of license, DUI dismissed and saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you for all your help you saved my life.

After receiving a 5 point speeding ticket (98/65) on the garden state parkway (Lakewood) i was consulting with several attorneys and was resigned to the fact that i'd be taking a license suspension and a hefty fine due to the high rate of speed. After receiving a referral from a friend i called Richard and he seemed optimistic so i decided to move forward and hire him. i'm glad i did! Richard did such a great job on my behalf filing motions and just generally doing more then I've seen from past attorneys resulting in a not guilty finding = no point, no fine!

I'm not sure how he did it but Richard got my Dwi dismissed. I only plead guilty to one ticket with no suspension. I was facing 7 months loss of license. I cannot say enough about Richards knowledge of the law and his professionalism. He was well known and liked by everyone at the courthouse and other lawyers I saw him talk too. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer he will fight for you.

My son was charged with going 110 on the parkway and Reckless driving. Mr. Huizenga got both charges dismissed!
