Sabastian Bio is a liar and continually fails his duty to his clients to provide them adequate service in the courtroom. On a more recent case involving a loved one he was always late for court appearances, never returned calls, demanded additional money for something he agreed to handle upon initial payment (which he never handled at all!), and didn’t even read the discovery until right before a plea was offered which rendered him ill prepared to defend his client properly. He would only speak to or address my male counterpart and suggest he step in whenever I would speak, even when it only pertained to and effected me. He was only available during court appearances and whenever questioned he would say he doesn’t discuss business in the hallways, stop by the office.... only to be snubbed by his receptionist until we see him at the next appearance. He also attempted to hike the cost on an estimate for a personal matter. Out of good faith and character I offered quality alternatives and all I got from this man was hostile conversation. This man will undermine, and cheat you and expect you to lie down about it! Would never again use or recommend his services to anyone!!!!!!!

Not man of his word. Doesn't return phone calls. Will take your money and run.
