Keep away from this lawyer! We played baseball together when younger! He spent three days on my trial. Didn't bring up key questions up to my ex. My ex hurt our son. Like I said before spent three days on trial. With my ex two days on the stand. Without asking her questions about her hurting our son. Then on his final argument he says I want gradual increase in time with my son. Why would I spend thousands of dollars for gradual increase when I can get gradual without spending thousands? I asked if he put the name change on the court papers. And because he didn't it wasn't taken into consideration. Therefore not changed. Told me otherwise.
