My case started 5 years ago with Mr. Milvidskiy and his law firm. I had a really complicated immigration case but he took his time to listen carefully, very professional and gave his honest opinion in my first consultation. What I love about his approach is how "brutally honest" he was with me every step of the way. If you are like me and hate anyone sugar coating stuffs then you have found the right lawyer. It was a long journey to get here as a US citizen eventually but I wouldn't have it any other way. Some top qualities include professionalism - always, intelligent and well versed in immigration law. Everything is explained in detail in his Retainer and you also have access to a platform to look at your invoice. The platform allows you to see events scheduled for you case, make payments, upload documents and send messages to the Milvidskiy Law Firm team. Which made things extremely comfortable for me, since I have a full time job and did not have the time to drop off documents personally or make in person payments. Every step was thoroughly explained and our process to obtain my husband's green card was absolutely seamless. Andrey and his paralegal, Sonia, truly went above and beyond to make sure of that.
