I never met Brad and he does not know me from Adam. I emailed him and called his office and spoke with Natalie in panic because I received IRS letter I did not understand about levy she couldn`t be more understanding and very professional. (BTW I found Brad on line and his reviews were outstanding) He answered my email and later called and explained my options. For 42 years I never had an issue with the IRS. I retired from public service, started a consulting firm and BAM! Two years into it and the IRS audited me.
