This attorney will waste your time by dragging on questions to see how much money to over charge an estate and propose an unethical binding (in my opinion) agreement to retain his legal services. After sending an abundance of documents regarding my case for two weeks, he failed to respond regarding my concern of his contract agreement. In my opinion, he proposed an unreasonable retainer amount and other stipulations in proposed retainer agreement as manipulation tactic to avoid taking on my case through me refusing to his ridiculous law firm's contract agreement. Thank God I found an ethical attorney who's retainer fee and consulting fee charges to be the average cost for an estate litigation attorney. In my opinion, Mark Balian and his associates seek out how much to over charge through discovery in an estate's value. I don't recommend this firm or attorney.
