Having just had the opportunity to meet with a film crew to recount the brutal murder of Fr. Ed Hines, I couldn’t help but to reflect on my time working with Prosecutor Bianchi, and Assistant Prosecutor David Bruno. I had the honor of working side by side with them as we jointly investigated and successfully prosecuted the individual convicted of this unthinkable crime. I would like to take the opportunity to express my sincere gratitude toward the Bianchi Law Group and recommend their firm for anyone seeking a very seasoned, experienced and very highly qualified criminal defense attorney and Law Firm. By the way of background, as a School Board President, a school employee filed trespassing and harassment charges against me in an effort to have me thrown off the Board of Education filing criminal charges against me. Because of these false accusations, I had to hire a defense attorney to represent me who after two years of litigation this first firm I retained was disqualified from the case. Feeling hopeless, and having to start the process all over again after a grueling two year period of court appearances and litigation, It was recommended to me to reach out to Robert "Bob" Bianchi and the Bianchi Law Group. Not having the best experience with my previous attorney and getting a recommendation to reach out to the Bianchi Law Group, I was anxious to do more research to ensure I had the best legal representation. While researching and weighing out my options, I identified that Robert Bianchi was nominated by the Governor of New Jersey with full confirmation of the entire New Jersey State Senate, to serve as the Morris County Prosecutor from 2007-2013, in charge of the entire staff at the Morris County Prosecutor's office. Not only does Bob have extensive experience on the front line in the court system, his team he has working for him behind the scenes is "exceptional." When I first met with Robert "Bob" Bianchi and his partner David Bruno, I knew I was dealing with an entirely different, highly qualified and experienced team evidently possessing a higher caliber law firm who were extremely experienced in criminal and trial law. After retaining their firm, their team quickly jumped into action reviewing and understanding the landscape of the previous two years of this case having reviewed over 3,000 pages of discovery. The firm's knowledge of the law and expertise is second to none. Robert Esnes who works for the firm was also great to work with. Robert was very experienced working alongside the lawyer team, the court and prosecutors that in which the Bianchi Law Group only hires. Robert was tasked to work with Bob and David on the details of the 3,000 pages of discovery. His attention to details was exceptional. With Robert working with Bob and team, and Bob's experience as a Prosecutor, trial attorney, and understanding of law holding one of the highest positions in the State of NJ, the charges brought against me were ultimately dismissed. On a side note, not knowing this when I retained the Bianchi Law Firm, The Bianchi Law firm including Bob Bianchi and David Bruno can be seen as guest panelists on Fox New, MSNBC, CNN and Law & Crime Network as special guests discussing high profile legal criminal cases among the best legal minds in the country. The only regret I have is that I unfortunately didn't hire The Bianchi Law Firm first to represent me. About 5 years ago I was in need of a lawyer to help me with a legal matter and I was lucky enough to land in the hands of David Bruno.
