I retained Nick to complete a motion rebuttal. Not only was he very responsive, but he was extremely thorough with his work. I was very pleased with his knowledge of the law, his confidence with what was filed and most importantly the result of the motion. He is affordable and very understanding. If the need arises again, I will seek him out for my legal needs.

I am not a litigious person. When my daughter had an accident, my plan was to let our insurance cover most of the cost and "work out" the difference with the institution where the accident occurred. Nick explained how wrong that strategy was. Our issues weren't being addressed with our "we will work it out" approach and there was no consideration for the inconveniences my daughter endured from the other parties negligence. Nick explained how legal representation would accelerate resolution and provide much more (and fairer) compensation than if we stayed with the plan of working it out on our own. Nick was available during the whole process to keep us updated and set reasonable expectations on how long the process would take.
