Jonathan Sherman and Heidi Feyler are both incredible attorneys who helped us close on our dream house. There was many complications with purchasing this home and both Heidi and Jonathan walked us thru and explained everything to us in full detail while making sure all of our best interests were protected. They were available any time of the day or night to answer questions we had and make sure everything was going smoothly. Absolutely amazing attorneys and were a real pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend both of them for buying or selling a home & will definitely use them in the future as well.

I worked with FSKS (more specifically) Jon Sherman and his team on the purchase of my first home.  Jon couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive.  Jon took the time to walk me through all the different aspects of purchasing a home (in great detail) and was always available for questions.  I was extremely impressed by the timeliness of Jon and his team; they were able to get me closed faster than I ever expected which was extremely important for me based on the competitive nature of the market I was purchasing in.  I will certainly be working with Jon on any real estate purchases I make in the future.

I wish I would have read these poor reviews about this place. My real estate attorney was Jonathan Sherman. We didn't have a good experience as he wouldn't get back to you when you would try to contact him. Buying/selling a house is stressful enough and you would need someone to make it easy for you

James Shepard and his paralegal Wendy Kay have been professional and very responsive as I navigated the very sad death of my younger brother this summer. I agreed to be executrix never thinking I would actually have to perform this job for my younger brother. James Shepard who helped my brother write his will after his children's mother passed away in February 2020 also has been so helpful in guiding me through the process and looking out for the best interests of my brother's children. Both Wendy and Jim have been kind and efficient. In addition the firm's real estate lawyer and his paralegal Catherin Gonzalez were both responsive and helped me sell my brother's home during a pandemic and several states away.

All they do is send letters and make threats. They will take more than there suppose to scam.

No star. They were the plaintiff''s attorney. They misplaced, altered, and ignored my counter-complaint, because pro se litigants do not have access to Bergen County court system.
