I was super hesitant at first because I was scared of all the horror stories that were told, but I am so happy I found people like Jose & Jazlyn to not only calm the nerves but assure that everything will be fine and explained everything I needed to know down to answering my many many questions. Everyone in the office personnel were also so kind and friendly and inviting that made the process was so smooth and quick. I reached out to Torres Legal in the beginning of May 2024 due to financial struggles and hardship. It is now only June 25th, 2024 and my case was already presented and heard. The service that I have received has been professional, handled with understanding, and done in a timely fashion. The office staff has been pleasant to deal with, answered all my questions and concerns, responsive to my calls and emails throughout this time, and diligent with all documents pertaining to my case. It’s been over 15 months that I placed a retainer, still haven’t talked to anyone but the woman who answered the phone and doesn’t know the fax number !!!!! The clerk who is supposed to be preparing my case never, NEVER RETURNS A CALLL !!!!!
