I was assigned to Torres Legal by the app Off The Record to represent me in a traffic matter. Their representation consisted of sending a notice to the court stating they were representing me. That was it. They did nothing else. The attorney did not show up to any court appearance. He did absolutely NOTHING. As if that wasn't bad enough, he had someone from his office call me stating he had worked out a deal with the prosecutor to resolve my case, requiring a payment, which I made. I was later informed by the court, there was no such deal and the only communication they had with him was their receipt of his notice stating he was representing me. Stay far away from this company. Their address states 129 Prospect, Passaic, NJ but there's no office there.
