We did a zoom consultation in which Victor offered us real world solutions for our situation. We had just started on this elder care/medicaid planning journey so desperate for direction and he could have sold us a bunch of products which would have benefited himself and left us in a worse situation. Our experience with Medina Law group during our estate planning was spectacular. I called Medina Law Group seeking legal counsel for a problem I was having. I explained my problem and I was able to schedule a 15-minute phone call with Susan. After explaining my problem Susan informed me that their practice unfortunately did not handle my particular problem but she was kind enough to refer me to another firm that she felt would be best suited to help me. Susan really listened to me and gave me great advice even when probably 5 minutes into the call she knew her firm wouldn’t be able to help me. Our call lasted about a half an hour, all for free of charge and her referral really saved the day.

I have known Victor Medina in a professional capacity for nearly 20 years. In fact, I recommended him to provide legal services to my board at that time.
