This lawyer was suggest by my real estate agent. About the worst handling of a transaction ever. He or his team do not respond to any emails or phone calls. My closing took place at 8:00 pm, because he never followed through with paper work. Money was retained for inspection repairs not done. He released the money without repairs being completed. He then told me I had to sue to get the money reimbursed. Run from this lawyer. DON’T USE THIS LAWYER!!!

Adam is a fantastic Attorney and the type of person who you want to have in your corner. I hired Adam as my real estate attorney, and he was with me every step of the way. For you hard working individuals out there with tight schedules and unfortunately can only find your ‘free time’ late at night, Adam is your guy. There were times that me and him had 5-10min phone calls at 10pm at night, which was honestly essential for me due to my responsibilities and work-life. To go off another review that I quickly read where Adam was able to take the stress away, I cannot say it better myself. I am sure everyone can agree that the home buying process is no ‘walk in the park’. There’s a lot of moving parts and there needs to be constant communication. Well, Adam was the one person who I didn’t have to worry about, in fact, when it seemed like everyone was against me when it got late in the mortgage process, Adam was my ally and helped calm the situation down. I can’t say enough nice things about this man, and definitely recommend him to anybody who has the concern on who to hire, especially for a real estate attorney.

Its good to know an attorney is accessible, prices are fair and he is a down to earth guy. I have worked with Adam on multiple transactions and will continue to do so.

We hired Adam to help us sell our home. This wasn't just any home for sale...it was affordable housing in Monmouth County. To say the affordable housing process is a nightmare would be an understatement. Adam was seriously our hero. He did not just do the normal attorney role for the sale of a house, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He communicated with the Affordable Housing Alliance, the potential buyer's attorney, and our new home mortgage company- let alone the fact that he provided so much EXTRA help including showing up for our home inspection, getting our Cert. of Occupancy, and much more since we couldn't do it because had already moved and were out of state! He did so much behind the scenes, so that we did not have to worry any more than we already were. He fought for us to not have to pay for silly requests without losing our buyer. He is personable, and RESPONSIVE! I never had to worry about getting in touch with him when needed, he was always available to help. That is so rare. I could go on and on with how incredibly blessed we were to meet him and have him as our real estate attorney. I would recommend Adam to everyone for all your real estate needs and more.

We hired Adam to be our attorney for the purchase of our home. And as first time buyers, we were very nervous and scared with the whole process. Adam was great walking us through everything and calming our nerves, he answered all our questions quickly and got the deal closed for us without any hiccups. I cannot recommend Adam Elias as a real-estate lawyer enough. My husband and I just bought our first home and Adam was able to break down the process into simple steps for us. He fought for the things we wanted repaired and made sure all of our desires were met. His attention to detail made sure that we moved into our first home with everything we wanted. Adam’s ease of communication and sense of humor brought levity to a process that would have been otherwise stressful.

I can confidently say Adam has gone above and beyond to work on my asset purchase agreement, lease negotiations and other business matters. He demonstrated great negotiating ability and guided me in the right direction at all times. He did everything to ensure the deal was in my best interests and was always accessible even on weekends. As first time home buyers, we needed a real estate lawyer who was patient, responsive, and punctual. Adam provided just that! He held our hand through the entire process and assumed a consultative role when we needed to talk through new developments. Couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

Mr. Elias worked on details of a residency lease issue that involved illegal unreasonable rent price hikes. He gathered neccesary law information, and contacted our lanlord. He politely, but sternly informed our lanlord that what they were doing was illegal. As a result, our lanlord complied, saving us money and undesirable court battles. It was a most positive experience, we will definately be using him in the future!

Adam represented me in traffic court for a ticket that could have gotten me up to 5 points. After 5 appearances in court, the case was settled with no points and only a small fine. Adam is extremely thorough and exemplifies professionalism. I would highly recommend retaining Adam as your attorney. He will always be my go-to.

Adam assisted me with home purchase. He was very quick, energetic, and in constant communication. I am a first time home buyer and did not know what to expect. Adam answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction. He was able to get me a credit for few home fixes that needed to be done which was a huge plus.
