Cons
1
Some staff can be rude and unhelpful
“The woman who answered the phone was sweet, I asked how much for a consult and how soon could i get on the schedule, I then explained the situation with the closing on our home.. she says ill leave a message and he will call you back.. first time needing a lawyer not sure what that meant.. Scott calls, is very to the point but still vague on if we even have a case or if we need a lawyer, what the expenses would be ECT.. I then call back to ask one more question to better help us understand.. Scott was rude and incredibly cold basically because i didn't put money out to retain him ( while still not understanding if we need a lawyer in the first place) he didn't want to answer any more questions...”
2
Slow response time and lack of communication in some cases
“After $1700.โฐโฐ for nothing but a few letters and false promises. You who read this be the judge, as for me ๐๐๐๐๐If it changes, I will change my comment and apologize, but I am still waiting, waiting for another overpriced letter.”
