Kathleen Beers did an excellent job interviewing me for depositions and preparing me for my court appearance. I received professional treatment and she acted in my best interest at all times. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of legal representation.

Ms. Beers did our will. Generally pretty boring, routine work for an attorney. Kathleen never acted that way. It was important to us and therefore it was important to her. She was very helpful and offered us lots of legal advice/suggestions for our will that we would never have known existed. It was all done efficently and with as little fuss as possible. I would and will recommend her to anyone that needed a lawyer for ant kind of legal work.

It is hard to get people to really listen what you say or need! especially professional people like lawyers. They want to say what they have to say before we even tell them what the problem is. I had to go to a hearing with Ms. Beers, the attorney would not give me a chance to tell him what I had to say, than Mrs.Beers stopped him and politely asked him to allow me what happened and the reason that we were called to tell our facts. She also followed this up with the division of law who appointed this lawyer and also was told to the judge.
